Q: We love your work, ready to book, what is the next step?

A: Fantastic! To reserve your date, we’ll need a completed contract and a non-refundable down payment. You can either book your own appointment and I will contact you or you can reach out for me to make the booking for you!

Q: How far in advance should I book my session?

A: The sooner the better! All session dates are booked based on availability. For weddings, it is suggested that you book at least one year in advance to secure your date; for all other sessions, it is suggested that they are booked two-to-three months in advance.

Q: Do you provide negatives or raw images?

A: All final images are fully edited. Negatives and unedited raw images are not provided.

Q: Do you travel?

A: I sure do! Please contact for travel fees.

Q: How many photos are in a gallery? Can we print our photos ourselves?

Galleries typically include anywhere between 20-60 photos depending on the session. The exact amount varies from the type of session, duration and the subject. Your online gallery will come loaded with fully edited high resolution images you can pick your prepaid photos from, you always have the option to purchase more individually at $20+tax but I always offer a discounted entire gallery option (or two if the gallery is big.)
You can print your prepaid photos yourself or order them through me, I work with photo printing labs that have high quality prints and many options as far as wall arts go. I cannot guarantee the quality of your prints that are not ordered through me.

Q: What is expected turn around time for my gallery?

A: Expect up to 3 weeks to receive your gallery, though I try to have galleries back as soon as possible!

Q: I received my gallery, how do I download my photos?

A: Each session comes with certain amount of prepaid photos. When you receive your gallery, Please, make sure to remember this and don’t start downloading until you see the entire gallery. Each photo will have a download button, you can download them from there. I suggest downloading them on your computer first.

If you wish to purchase more, there is a “favorite” button on each photo. Please only favorite the ones you would like to purchase and reach out to me, I will confirm all the photos you want to purchase, and we will go from there!

Q: What happens if my kiddos don't pose for the camera?

A: Let kiddos be kiddos! I don't expect kids to be mini adults and listen how we think they should! Anything they do is cute and I don't mind playing some tag (or bribes) to get some awesome, authentic images... I love capturing their essence, in all their naturalness.
